A professional actor and voice coach with over 10 years of meditation and yoga teaching experience, Victoria combines all her disciplines to teach you to effectively connect with your breath, overcome nerves and cultivate inner confidence. Victoria teaches the 7Breaths Signature class and ‘Breathe & Flow’ at 7Breaths.

Sue
With over a decade of teaching experience at several leading London studios, Sue is a dedicated meditation and yoga teacher and life coach. Her teachings have evolved to include social justice influences where she aims to uplift the under-represented communities. Sue teaches Mindfulness Meditation, Flow and our Signature class of guided mindfulness meditation, breathwork and movement to de-stress and ease anxiety.

Catarina
Catarina is a qualified yoga teacher, sound meditation teacher, music therapist and a classically trained singer whose passion is to blend the wisdom of different cultures and practices in her teachings. A curious soul, her work includes Music in Community, using singing and chanting as a powerful tool to better the lives of those struggling with mental and physical health issues. She is also involved in working with world leaders in the fields of opera performances, kirtan and sound healing. At 7Breaths, her weekly classes include Mantra Meditation with voice and harmonium and Yin & Sound.
Jasmine
Jasmine is a qualified therapeutic yoga & meditation teacher and sound therapist with a decade of experience in the wellness and fitness industry. She skilfully weaves all of these modalities to teach you how to ease physical tension and restore balance to the nervous system. Jasmine teaches Sound Bath, Gong and Yin Yoga at 7Breaths.

Greta has a deep passion for yoga and meditation spanning two decades with 390 hours of teacher training. She is a regular teacher at Triyoga where she creates an atmosphere of calm enquiry and artfully sequenced breath-led movement. Ping
An accomplished Tai Chi master with 36 years of experience, Huang Ping hails from Yunnan in the southwest of China. In her early years she represented China as a professional martial artist. She specialises in Tai Chi, Qigong and Baguazhang and imparts her deep seated knowledge of moving meditation practises with humour and clarity to help you develop mental and physical strength. Ping teaches Tai Chi and Qigong at 7Breaths.
Philippa
Philippa is a professional performer and dance teacher who skilfully weaves her dance background with her years of training and experience in meditation and yoga. Her teaching style is thoughtful and inclusive with the aim to help practitioners cultivate deep presence and ease. Her classes incorporate yogic philosophy, breathwork and gentle movements. Hannah
A professionally trained actor with a passion for the outdoors, Hannah has over 500 hours of training in yoga & meditation. Her teaching style is energetic, compassionate and breath focused. Hannah directs a wellness retreat company where relaxation and mindfulness are at the heart of the experiences. With a BA in Social Anthropology including the study of Sanskrit and in depth training in yoga and meditation, Joseph is highly skilled in integrating movement, meditation and sound in his teachings. With trainings in therapeutic yoga, meditation and sound, Sophia offers a warm and welcoming space to nourish your physical, mental and spiritual bodies. She is currently undertaking her MSc in Psychology at UCL and provides an evidence-based approach to wellbeing and self-inquiry.
Sophia has lived in spiritual ashrams and monasteries where she has developed a rich personal practice. She imparts her teachings in soft yin and inspiring flows weaved by the threads of spiritual philosophy, poetry and psychology to help you feel soothed, supported and uplifted. Tawny is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher, sound therapist and wellbeing coach. She has a particular interest in the therapeutic aspects of yoga and meditation in reducing stress and anxiety. With over a decade of teaching experience and 500+ hours of yoga and meditation training, Tawny’s approach is warm, supportive, and inclusive, meeting students where they are in their journey of self-exploration. Renuka is an experienced yoga practitioner of Indian heritage who was first introduced to the ancient art and philosophy of yoga and meditation by her maternal grandfather. With 240 hours of yoga and breathwork teacher training, her true passion lies in sharing the deep benefits of meditation and movement to help ease anxiety in today’s busy world. She skilfully combines movement with breath, gently breaking down sequences to support your practise. Renuka teaches 7Breaths Signature, Slow Flow, Flow and Mindfulness Meditation at 7Breaths.
Rebecca
Rebecca is a dedicated Daoist Flow teacher who aims to encourage students to discover their own unique embodiment through the felt experience of movement and stillness from within. She shares slow, somatic practices inspired by the philosophy and movement of Qigong and hopes to encourage awareness of the naturally expansive nature of both body and mind.
